Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects evaluating Wing.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals, business model, and needs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing, and map key stakeholders.
  • Gather prospect data from conversations, web research, and other sources.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and current CRM records.
  • Stay current on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape and share market feedback with internal teams.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience in an SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar role.
  • Strong phone and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value clearly.
  • Reliable home or remote work setup with the self-discipline to work independently.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach, including 50+ touches per day, without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong CRM discipline, including accurate data entry, stage updates, and useful notes.
  • Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and an eagerness to learn from metrics and feedback.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
  • 4-year degree preferred but not required.
  • Comfort working fully remote and aligned to Pacific Time or Eastern Time.
  • 1–3 years of experience may be considered for a more senior bar.

  • $40,000–$50,000 base salary per year plus On-Target Earnings of about $20,000 to uncapped.
