Description

  • Build hyper-targeted prospect lists of 100+ qualified leads each week by researching the web and databases.
  • Write and send personalized cold email campaigns using tools such as Hunter.io or Apollo.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize affiliate programs, including partner recruitment, deal negotiation, commission tracking, and ROI reporting.
  • Qualify leads in HubSpot or a similar CRM and nurture them through automated sequences.
  • Analyze campaign performance weekly, including reply rates, conversion funnels, and cost per lead, and use insights to improve results.
  • Develop outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels to generate new leads.
  • Collaborate across teams with clear communication, concise reporting, and strong ownership of outcomes.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while managing shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outreach.
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability, A/B testing, and avoiding spam filters.
  • Proven experience building LinkedIn pipelines from scratch using advanced search and messaging.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting affiliates and managing partner-led revenue programs.
  • Ability to research companies and prospects using sources such as company websites, Crunchbase, and forums.
  • Experience with Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic automations such as Zapier.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to experiment quickly, own outcomes, and communicate results clearly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, plus teamwork, customer service, and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and highly analytical, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Willingness to work US hours or a graveyard shift.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech startups targeting SMBs or enterprise customers is a plus.
  • Basic copywriting skills for emails is a plus.
  • Remote work discipline is a plus.
