Description

  • Sell clinical trials software (RTSM/IRT) to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Achieve company sales goals and contribute to new business growth.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships while prospecting for new opportunities.
  • Educate customers on the value of the platform and present solution capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and log sales activities in the sales force automation system.
  • Communicate weekly activities and coordinate the sales pipeline with sales leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations about the Endpoint platform.
  • Generate quotes and proposals using available templates.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to support business development.
  • Assist in creating new sales plans and strategies.
  • Negotiate budgets and pursue customer awards for new business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or appropriate experience.
  • 3 years of RTSM/IRT or pharmaceutical services-related sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business software sales.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Organized with a methodical approach to prospecting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills.
