Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Run discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and business needs.
  • Deliver product demos that clearly communicate value to prospects.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline activity in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to grow the customer base.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS or services sales experience.
  • Documented track record of hitting quota, with top 20% performance considered a strong plus.
  • A genuine hunter mentality with the ability to generate pipeline proactively.
  • Comfort owning the close across discovery, demo, negotiation, and signature.
  • Strong discovery skills and natural curiosity about customer businesses.
  • Competitive drive and resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coachability and a 1%-better-every-day mindset.
  • Tech fluency with Pipedrive or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; track record matters more.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000–$95,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
  • On-target earnings of $180,000–$210,000 USD.
  • Uncapped commission paid as a percentage of new MRR closed, with accelerators above quota.
  • Monthly commission payouts following customer activation.
