Description

  • Manage hotel-level relationships within the Global Key Account portfolio.
  • Engage hotel partners to identify revenue growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Communicate with partners through phone, email, messaging, and webinars.
  • Use data and dashboards to prioritize work and guide decision-making.
  • Execute focused project sprints with the team.
  • Train and inform partners on Agoda’s technologies, tools, and models.
  • Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results, and track progress in internal systems.
  • Respond to partner requests in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or an execution role preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of using data to drive results and decisions.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to work autonomously and stay results driven with a history of achieving ambitious targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
