Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and maintain key customer relationships within the territory.
  • Support sales efforts for BillionToOne’s Northstar liquid biopsy products and services.
  • Work closely with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess customer needs and provide consultative sales support, including logistics coordination and problem solving.
  • Manage territory activity with strong urgency, prioritization, and time management.
  • Travel within the defined territory to support accounts and close business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with consistent achievement at or above goal, or recognition such as President’s Club, Chairman’s Club, or Rookie of the Year.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to defined accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with self-motivation, flexibility, and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Preferred background includes Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.

  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan, including a base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186.
