Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Run discovery calls to uncover customer business pain and needs.
  • Deliver product demos to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Forecast accurately and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to grow the customer base.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS or services sales experience.
  • Documented track record of hitting quota, with top 20% performance a strong plus.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate your own pipeline.
  • Comfort owning discovery, demo, negotiation, and signature stages of the sale.
  • Competitive drive and resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Strong discovery skills and natural curiosity about customer businesses.
  • Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coachable with a 1%-better-every-day mindset.
  • Tech fluency with Pipedrive or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; track record matters more.

Benefits

  • $80,000–$95,000 base salary.
  • $180,000–$210,000 OTE.
  • Uncapped commission with accelerators above quota.
  • Monthly commission payouts following customer activation.
