Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through closing new business opportunities.
  • Sell high-value, pre-designed solutions in close collaboration with company leadership.
  • Diagnose customer problems and position solutions consultatively based on business needs.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales conversations and drive deal momentum to contract close.
  • Execute outbound campaigns using email sequences, voice calls, and multi-touch engagement.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and conferences to build relationships in person.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound marketing leads and respond to buying signals.
  • Propose and support company-hosted events, such as dinners during trade shows, to drive engagement.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities after the sale.
  • Collaborate with founders and partner networks, and keep HubSpot updated with deal progress, risks, next steps, and contacts.

Requirements

  • Experience owning the full sales cycle end to end.
  • Comfort working in a founding sales role with ambiguity and minimal structure.
  • Ability to build pipeline through outbound outreach, in-person networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trust with senior decision-makers and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Experience using HubSpot and maintaining accurate CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value during proposals.
  • Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, greenhouse/CEA, or education is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, networking events, and conferences, approximately 3 per quarter.
  • Ability to work remotely with a flexible start time before 10am EST.

  • Base salary of $58,000–$66,000 USD.
  • OTE of $80,000–$110,000+ USD with uncapped commission.
