Description

  • Build and develop modern web applications for a global product platform.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across countries to deliver product solutions.
  • Design and implement front-end experiences using modern component-oriented frameworks.
  • Develop shared design systems and maintain consistent user interface patterns.
  • Create and support RESTful web services and align API payloads with front-end teams.
  • Architect and evolve large-scale, multi-tier backend applications in cloud environments.
  • Apply testing, automation, and CI/CD practices to improve delivery quality.
  • Mentor and support software engineers across multiple teams.
  • Use computer science fundamentals to solve problems and analyze system complexity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React for frontend roles.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript ecosystem tooling such as TypeScript, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS.
  • Experience designing and developing modern web applications.
  • Experience with shared design systems and advanced CSS techniques.
  • Understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
  • Backend experience with cloud architectures such as AWS or GCP.
  • Backend experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
  • Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Kotlin, Java, Node.js, or Golang.
  • Strong English communication skills; Portuguese is also required for frontend collaboration across global teams.
  • Preferred backend qualifications include mentoring teams and experience with RESTful services and HTTP best practices.
  • Preferred backend qualifications include strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
