Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Wellhub’s highest-value gym partners.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase network density and revenue.
  • Lead complex negotiations with C-suite executives at national fitness chains.
  • Structure multi-layered deal terms that support long-term scaling goals.
  • Identify and launch first-to-market initiatives with partners, including integrated tech features and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategically significant fitness providers from outreach through implementation.
  • Represent Wellhub at major industry events and expand the company’s senior-level network.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and high-touch partner support.
  • Help foster a supportive workplace culture centered on wellbeing and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
  • At least 4 years of experience presenting to and negotiating with C-suite leadership at major national organizations.
  • Deep, existing network within the North American fitness and wellness landscape.
  • Experience in the fitness, health-tech, or SaaS industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding high-seven-figure revenue targets.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-layered sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to use data and unit economics to evaluate and explain partnership value.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $160,000–$175,000 for New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington; other locations may vary.
  • Eligible for an annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan.
  • Eligible for a performance-based stock option program.
