Description

  • Lead the full sales cycle with a strong focus on prospecting and long-term client sustainability.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts in Argentina.
  • Research prospects, map opportunities, and build tailored action plans for each client.
  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies across industries and regions.
  • Adapt value propositions to match specific client needs.
  • Represent Wellhub at industry forums and external events.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and influence the buying process.
  • Map each prospect’s decision-making process to improve conversion across the sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally selling to HR decision-makers.
  • Previous experience across industries such as Technology, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
  • Experience working in startup environments and understanding scaling from rapid growth to operational maturity.
  • Strong strategic skills with experience leading commercial initiatives that affect brand positioning and market penetration.
  • High resilience and proactivity, with the ability to perform well in challenging environments.
  • Data-driven, hands-on, and able to work independently with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong command of English is required.
  • MBA or international experience is considered a plus.
