Description

  • Meet and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by building and executing an integrated territory business plan.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant, customer-centric discussions using approved materials.
  • Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and territory risks.
  • Plan and execute key company initiatives and territory business priorities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions to address obstacles.
  • Maintain strong selling skills, clinical knowledge, market awareness, and product knowledge.
  • Represent BridgeBio professionally while adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology.
  • Rare disease experience is highly preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Product or indication launch experience in highly competitive and/or new markets.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute plans effectively.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong ability to use remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze business opportunities.
  • Significant travel required due to large geographies.
  • Field-based in the Mountain Region, ideally based in Denver and covering Utah, New Mexico, and El Paso.
