Description

  • Run the full sales and execution cycle from first call to closing.
  • Source new deal opportunities and drive consistent deal origination.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with borrowers, lenders, investors, sponsors, and intermediaries.
  • Lead debt and equity placement efforts, including lender sourcing and capital stack structuring.
  • Underwrite transactions and prepare marketing collateral for client and investor communications.
  • Negotiate term sheets and manage all parties through the closing process.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients using CRE capital markets and lender program insights.
  • Use technology, workflow automation, and data-driven tools to streamline screening, packaging, and execution.
  • Support transactions hands-on through funding and closing.
  • Maintain a repeatable book of institutional-grade business and high annual transaction volume.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets on the debt side.
  • Proven track record closing institutional-level transactions at scale, including individual deal sizes of $15M+ and annual volume of $50M+.
  • Fluency in capital stack structuring, term sheet negotiation, underwriting, and lender program criteria.
  • Ability to lead capital strategy end to end, including lender sourcing, structuring, packaging, negotiation, and closing.
  • Existing book of business with repeatable deal flow that generates $50M+ in annual volume (preferred).
  • Experience with automated workflow platforms or data-driven deal screening tools (preferred).
  • Experience raising programmatic capital or creating lender products, not only deal-by-deal syndication (preferred).

  • Typical annualized earnings range of $188,000 to $320,000 across US locations, with higher earnings possible for top performers.
