Description

  • Lead client accounts in excess of £400K revenue and own the client-agency relationship.
  • Provide strategic direction from brief kick-off through campaign or project completion.
  • Lead client and stakeholder meetings and manage client communications.
  • Drive annual account planning and proactively shape client strategy.
  • Maintain delivery quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Manage team priorities, resources, performance, and professional development.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on financial and account management.
  • Track account profitability, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead new business pitches, including proposal development and presentation delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience leading large client accounts, ideally with responsibility for revenue in excess of £400K.
  • Strong strategic account leadership and client relationship management experience.
  • Experience managing budgets, hours vs. budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and line managing team members, including Project Managers, Project Directors, or Account Directors.
  • Working knowledge of relevant codes of practice and legislation for communication with HCPs, payers, patients, third-party groups, and the public.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and resourcing needs across accounts.
  • Experience leading new business pitches and proposal development (preferred).
  • Knowledge of therapeutic landscapes relevant to client accounts (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings.
  • Commitment to compliance with company policies, legal requirements, Health and Safety, Information Security, and business ethics.
