Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
  • Apply ML and AI techniques for classification, prediction, correlation analysis, root cause analysis, anomaly detection, and NLP/NLU.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for data collection, preparation, cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and scalable AI products.
  • Implement and optimize neural networks, deep learning models, and statistical algorithms.
  • Use social media and external data sources such as Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Deliver predictive insights, automation solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Mentor engineering teams and contribute to architecture, experimentation, and deployment strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong expertise in ML algorithms including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, k-nearest neighbors, neural networks, and NLP/NLU models.
  • 5+ years of experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and SparkML.
  • 4+ years of programming experience in Python, R, Scala, Go, or similar languages.
  • Experience with data processing, analytics, and visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and source control systems.
  • Strong understanding of model development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems is preferred.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes and Docker is preferred.
  • Exposure to LLMs and generative AI applications is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex, Rekognition, Transcribe, Lambda, EKS, and S3 is preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting production AI/ML systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab is preferred.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and scalable AI infrastructure is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of Rs 40,00,000 to Rs 45,00,000 per year (INR 40–45 LPA).
