Description

  • Evolve and maintain Kubeflow, Feast, and Spark-on-Kubernetes infrastructure for ML and AI workloads.
  • Design internal tools, APIs, and abstractions that support self-service platform usage across distributed teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to adapt engineering practices such as CI/CD, versioning, and testing for ML workflows.
  • Drive MLOps best practices and define lifecycle requirements for LLMOps from experimentation to production deployment.
  • Build deployment frameworks and automation that support robust, production-grade AI solutions.
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Data teams to integrate ML artifacts into data catalog, privacy, and governance frameworks.
  • Create scalable platform capabilities that improve developer experience and platform autonomy.
  • Support a culture of wellbeing and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil and able to work remotely from anywhere in the country.
  • Deep experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or Crossplane.
  • Hands-on mastery of Kubeflow, Spark, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong Python skills focused on building reusable libraries, APIs, and tooling abstractions.
  • Experience partnering with Data Science teams to translate complex use cases into scalable solutions.
  • Platform-as-a-product mindset with a focus on developer experience and feedback loops.
  • Ability to balance team autonomy with global platform standards.
  • Systems-thinking approach to ML infrastructure and data governance integration.
