Description

  • Develop Python code for machine learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define hypotheses, solutions, and desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ML, data, and AI statistical models applied to business problems.
  • Implement machine learning, optimization, neural network, and natural language processing approaches.
  • Prepare, cleanse, transform, and pipeline data for analysis and AI automation.
  • Work with data from social media sources such as Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and Facebook.
  • Create prototypes and minimally viable products.
  • Deliver actionable insights and predictions that demonstrate business value.
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Support solution design through testing hypotheses and interpreting results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a data scientist or in a similar AIML role.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning and AI algorithms, including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, k-nearest neighbors, neural networks, random forests, NLP, and NLU.
  • 5+ years of experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or SparkML.
  • 4+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python, R, Scala, Go, or similar languages.
  • Good experience with source control systems such as Git.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical degree.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and RAG system setup is preferred.
  • Experience with microservices and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex, Rekognition, Transcribe, EKS, Lambda, and S3 is preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting production systems and working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab is preferred.
