Description

  • Develop, execute, and optimize outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Research target markets, define buyer personas, and build effective sales cadences.
  • Use cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound tactics to create new opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using sales automation tools and data-driven insights.
  • Track outbound performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, meetings booked, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and use sales tools to refine outreach efforts.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers to foster trust and long-term sales engagements.
  • Nurture outbound leads through the sales funnel until they are sales-ready.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and outbound sales best practices.
  • Experiment with new tools, tactics, and technologies to improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Experience and familiarity with digital marketing services is required.
  • Experience and familiarity with the home services industry is required.
  • Proven track record of driving outbound sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Chorus, Zoom, Excel, Google Docs, or similar CRM and sales tools.
  • Experience engaging with mid-market and mature client segments within the SMB space.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and solution selling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to evolving market trends and sales methodologies.
