Description

  • Analyze large datasets to generate insights that influence revenue performance and business decisions.
  • Build and support data-driven frameworks for strategic planning and growth decisions.
  • Use SQL and BigQuery to query, manipulate, and analyze complex data sets.
  • Translate data findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Develop, refine, and optimize dashboards and revenue metrics reporting.
  • Work with the data team to design and implement scalable data pipelines and structures.
  • Support sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships with tailored insights and reports.
  • Improve data collection and analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train non-technical team members to interpret and use dashboards and reports.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and the data team to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or data-related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations role within a tech SaaS company.
  • Strong experience with SQL and querying large datasets, particularly in BigQuery.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of key SaaS metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and build solutions from the ground up.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data science experience is a plus.
