Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs from prospects and clients.
  • Run a word-for-word call script during every conversation, with only approved deviations for client-specific questions or unique information.
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments while maintaining a smooth client experience.
  • Create follow-up tasks and keep leads organized in the CRM.
  • Call no-shows to bring them back onto the schedule and manage rebooking efforts.
  • Coordinate with hair stylists on client requests and scheduling needs.
  • Complete end-of-day reporting and participate in weekly KPI review meetings.
  • Track performance metrics such as dials, contacts, bookings, and show rate, and bring data-backed ideas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Near-native English and Spanish fluency; bilingual communication is required.
  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
  • Ability to perform discovery, build rapport, and handle objections.
  • Confident, articulate, and friendly phone presence with an extroverted personality.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to read tone, detect hesitation, and respond proactively.
  • Detail-oriented and process-oriented, with the ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
  • Ability to resolve edge cases independently and overcome objections.
  • CRM experience is required; experience with GoHighLevel is a big plus.
  • Fast, reliable internet with backup connectivity; minimum 25–50 Mbps.
  • Computer with at least 8 GB RAM; 16+ GB preferred.
  • Wired headset and mouse are required; second monitor is preferred.
  • Preferred: 1+ year of sales experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with the salon/beauty industry or other B2C appointment-based service businesses.
  • Preferred: interest in beauty and self-care or experience working with female clientele.
  • Preferred: experience using AI agents or AI-powered tools for business or sales applications.
