Description

  • Lead a team of approximately 20 quota-carrying Account Executives and own quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and team performance.
  • Build scalable sales systems and processes in HubSpot to support a growing revenue organization.
  • Coach Account Executives on discovery, deal strategy, and closing throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Develop top performers and help build the next generation of sales leaders.
  • Support the full-cycle new business motion from pipeline generation through close.
  • Establish and maintain a disciplined forecast cadence and repeatable sales execution.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and RevOps to support the team’s selling motion.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading full-cycle Account Executives.
  • Proven experience managing 10+ quota-carrying AEs in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
  • HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Experience scaling a B2B sales organization from Series A to Series B is strongly preferred.
  • Startup experience is required.
  • Comfort building and scaling systems, not just managing existing teams.
