Description

  • Create, implement, measure, and review strategic and operational plans aligned to corporate goals.
  • Manage territory planning, account planning and reviews, opportunity inspection, pipeline management, and forecast calls.
  • Coach the sales team on how to position and articulate the value proposition.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business activity in the region.
  • Plan and manage expenses for the business.
  • Build working relationships with external parties that support business goals.
  • Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
  • Recruit, build, mentor, and develop the sales team to deliver results.
  • Lead performance review and development planning through annual and quarterly review meetings.
  • Manage customer relationships and escalations to support problem resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish growth plans for regional expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, alliances, customer success, renewals, product, legal, marketing, and engineering to create a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Past sales leadership experience in a SaaS cybersecurity company.
  • Previous experience building a successful sales function across the TOLA region.
  • Multiple years of experience meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to map long-term vision and strategy.
  • Commitment to building a positive, can-do team culture.
  • An established partner network.
  • Ability to work with transparency, accountability, and agility in a customer-focused environment.
