Description

  • Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Major Account Managers focused on large expansion deals.
  • Own the annual Enterprise bookings quota and deliver on monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and manage team productivity across deal size, win rate, forecast accuracy, and proactive sales execution.
  • Coach Major Account Managers on building executive relationships and closing complex enterprise deals and negotiations.
  • Shape regional go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Success to build targeted messaging, collateral, and customer journey mapping for regional business needs.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings.
  • Support direct reports by joining and leading client and prospect meetings.
  • Engage additional corporate resources as needed to move deals forward.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall Enterprise sales experience working with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Experience managing a high-performing Enterprise Sales team for a B2B technology company.
  • Experience setting quotas and managing people against those quotas.
  • Experience handling complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, including pricing negotiations based on business value, legal, and procurement.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives in the IT space.
  • A successful track record as an individual contributor with relevant complex closing experience.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client sites within your area and other regions as business needs require.
