Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close across SMB and upmarket employer accounts.
  • Run discovery calls with SMB and mid-market employers and align their needs to Vitable's health benefits platform.
  • Navigate broker and consultant influence throughout the sales process.
  • Develop deep product and pricing knowledge to clearly position Vitable against traditional health plans.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Work closely with SDRs, RevOps, and Customer Success to support revenue targets.
  • Build and manage pipeline in line with ramp expectations and territory ownership.
  • Deliver presentations and closing activity as you progress through the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or employee benefits sales.
  • Proven quota attainment in an SMB or mid-market environment.
  • Experience navigating broker or consultant involvement in a sale is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and competitive drive.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
