Description

  • Strategically manage and nurture nonprofit accounts to drive account growth and increase service utilization.
  • Develop tailored kits and event plans that align with nonprofit goals and ROI metrics.
  • Lead and project-manage key client initiatives and strategic programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Sales team with client renewals and negotiations to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key nonprofit stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver customized consultations and presentations that demonstrate the value of Visit.org’s offerings.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within nonprofit accounts to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Supply, Content, Sales, Marketing, Events, and Product teams on client needs and initiatives.
  • Advocate internally for client deliverables, service excellence, and product enhancements for nonprofit needs.
  • Contribute to best practices, operational procedures, and strategic initiatives that improve team effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or another client-facing, quota-responsible role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, particularly in Nonprofit or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Ability to demonstrate value through customer stories, data, and unique insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to drive toward overarching goals.
  • Ability to learn quickly and grasp different processes and systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • Competence using sales management and internal communication tools, including HubSpot, Slack, and Monday.com.
  • A genuine desire to satisfy client needs and a passion for the mission and impact of the organization.
