Description

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with pharma stakeholders about omnichannel engagement, modular content, digital content operations, CRM ecosystems, and AI-enabled commercial workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying operational inefficiencies, ecosystem gaps, and scalable engagement opportunities within client organizations.
  • Translate client transformation challenges into structured solution proposals with measurable business impact.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from qualification through negotiation and contract signature for enterprise and mid-market pharma clients.
  • Manage strategic accounts and new business targets while maintaining consistent pipeline generation and progression.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans in collaboration with Customer Success and Delivery teams.
  • Increase adoption of retained and scalable offerings such as platforms, licenses, and packaged services.
  • Build relationships with commercial, marketing, digital, IT, procurement, and medical stakeholders across pharma organizations.
  • Lead discovery sessions that address both business needs and operational realities inside client companies.
  • Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Delivery teams on outreach, scoping, proposals, RFPs, pricing, and GTM refinement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pharma omnichannel, digital engagement, consultative B2B sales, account management, commercial excellence, or customer engagement transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercial operations and omnichannel engagement models.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and decision-making structures inside pharma organizations.
  • Excellent command of English at C1+ level.
  • Native or fluent Polish at C1+ level.
  • Experience working inside pharma companies or in omnichannel consulting environments is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, or CRM and engagement ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Experience participating in digital transformation or customer engagement initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Existing pharma network in Poland or the CEE region is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with AI-enabled commercial or marketing workflows is a strong advantage.
