Description

  • Own overall account profitability and manage annual and quarterly account budgets and execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact across Client Success Managers, Project Managers, regional account directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute mid- to long-term account strategies aligned with the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Drive upsell tactics and identify opportunities to expand accounts into new divisions and clusters.
  • Lead customer meetings, present Viseven solutions, and collect and analyze high-level requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding processes for strategic accounts.
  • Create and improve workflows and operational processes to support account growth and service quality.
  • Drive internal change initiatives and coordinate hiring, training, and development within related teams.
  • Provide leadership for internal operational activities, including business management and project management.
  • Interface with Finance & Accounting, Legal, Human Resources, and other internal departments to support account delivery.

Requirements

  • Pharma marketing background is a plus.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Accountability for achieving business goals such as account growth, profit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to sell major opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Experience building solid and defensible account plans.
  • Ability to negotiate effective agreements.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and progress reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in B2B.
  • Experience with Jira, Creatio, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of pharma client ecosystem tools such as CRM/CLM platforms (Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle, etc.), marketing automation tools (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign, etc.), DAM systems, and BI systems.
  • Good understanding of design creation tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • A second foreign language is an advantage.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar field is an advantage.
