Description

  • Own overall account profitability and account growth across strategic client relationships.
  • Coordinate client relationships across regions by aligning Regional Account Directors and overseeing HQ contracting.
  • Develop and execute mid- to long-term account strategies and adjust upsell tactics in line with Viseven's marketing strategy.
  • Plan and manage account budgets on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain existing accounts and identify new opportunities to expand into new divisions and clusters.
  • Lead customer meetings, present Viseven solutions, and gather and analyze high-level requirements.
  • Design a scalable onboarding process for strategic accounts and communicate with customer decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement workflow and process improvements to strengthen operational performance.
  • Drive internal change initiatives and support hiring, training, and development within relevant teams.
  • Provide leadership across internal operational activities, including business management, staff development, project management, and service team support.

Requirements

  • Pharma marketing background is a plus.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Demonstrated accountability for achieving business goals such as account growth, profit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong ability to sell major opportunities within accounts and build defensible account plans.
  • Experience negotiating effective agreements.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and progress reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Creatio, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of the Pharma client ecosystem, including CRM/CLM tools (Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle), marketing automation tools (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, ActiveCampaign), DAM systems (Dropbox), BI systems (Power BI), and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of design creation tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • A second foreign language is an advantage.
  • Master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
