Description

Develop and own the overall organic marketing strategy.
Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across key platforms.
Create short-form content, including videos, reels, carousels, graphics, and written posts.
Write copy for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Edit short-form video content for social platforms.
Design social media graphics, carousels, and promotional assets using Canva or similar tools.
Manage and grow social media channels with consistent brand messaging.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequences and promotional content.
Use analytics and performance data to optimise content, campaigns, and overall strategy.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with leadership to support business growth objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Digital Marketer, or Content Marketing Specialist.
Demonstrated success growing brands through organic marketing.
Strong content creation skills across multiple social media platforms.
Excellent copywriting skills with exceptional written English.
Experience producing social media content that generates leads and engagement.
Ability to create, edit, and publish short-form video content.
Experience using Canva or similar design software.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
Experience managing online communities and customer engagement.
Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns.
Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in B2B marketing, service-based businesses, construction or trades industries, or UK markets (highly desirable).
Experience with CRM platforms (highly desirable).
Experience with social media management platforms, email marketing platforms, video editing software, and analytics/reporting tools.
