Description

  • Develop and own the overall organic marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across key platforms.
  • Create short-form content, including videos, reels, carousels, graphics, and written posts.
  • Write copy for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Edit short-form video content for social platforms.
  • Design social media graphics, carousels, and promotional assets using Canva or similar tools.
  • Manage and grow social media channels with consistent brand messaging.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequences and promotional content.
  • Use analytics and performance data to optimise content, campaigns, and overall strategy.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to support business growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Digital Marketer, or Content Marketing Specialist.
  • Demonstrated success growing brands through organic marketing.
  • Strong content creation skills across multiple social media platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with exceptional written English.
  • Experience producing social media content that generates leads and engagement.
  • Ability to create, edit, and publish short-form video content.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design software.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
  • Experience managing online communities and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, service-based businesses, construction or trades industries, or UK markets (highly desirable).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (highly desirable).
  • Experience with social media management platforms, email marketing platforms, video editing software, and analytics/reporting tools.
