Description

  • Develop Via’s global field marketing and public relations strategy for owned and sponsored transit-tech programs, both live and virtual.
  • Research industry trends, target markets, and annual budgets to inform marketing and PR planning.
  • Draft executive speeches and coordinate media interviews to increase brand awareness and improve public image.
  • Support the annual global event strategy for Via’s B2B and B2G businesses.
  • Create campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials for events, webinars, and media or client engagements.
  • Manage end-to-end event coordination, including budgets, messaging, speaker submissions, contracts, vendor relations, and documentation.
  • Invite journalists and other media members to cover events and generate buzz.
  • Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations, including ROI analysis, and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Work with marketing, PR, product, digital marketing, and business development teams to support flagship programs and outreach efforts.
  • Write and submit speaking proposals and other collateral that promote Via’s brand and transit-tech solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, international studies, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing role or similar occupation.
  • Experience with B2B marketing events and campaigns.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and A/B testing to improve website traffic and conversions.
  • Telecommuting allowed.
