Description

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to acquire high-paying clients across multiple industries.
  • Build and scale enterprise outbound messaging channels using identity enrichment and contact intelligence tools to improve inbox deliverability to technical decision-makers.
  • Track pipeline data to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams and project managers to turn customer success stories into case studies, white papers, and data-backed pitches.
  • Own key growth metrics including Sales Qualified Leads, Cost Per Acquisition, Pipeline Velocity, and Closed-Won Pipeline Value.
  • Work with the current marketer to execute web assets and paid acquisition initiatives under a data-driven strategy.
  • Develop highly targeted, personalized copy and outbound architecture for cold outreach.
  • Translate raw analytics into repeatable revenue growth through continuous testing and optimization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
  • Proven experience building campaigns that contributed to closing six- or seven-figure enterprise service retainers.
  • Strong ability to write compelling, sophisticated copy for inbox outreach.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign management, using statistical relevance, deliverability metrics, and conversion data.
  • Ability to operate independently and own strategy, execution, and funnel analysis without a large team.
  • Experience working with technical executives and decision-makers in enterprise environments (preferred).
  • Experience with identity enrichment and contact intelligence platforms (preferred).
  • Background in demand generation, outbound marketing, or growth strategy for agency or consulting services (preferred).
