Description

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for Goodway's Agency Line of Business and align activity with business priorities and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across awareness, consideration, and conversion for target audiences.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns while maintaining continuity during the team transition.
  • Manage paid media budgets and advise on channel mix to improve campaign performance.
  • Track campaign KPIs, analyze results, and iterate based on data.
  • Own email marketing execution, including campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools.
  • Develop and refine product and solutions messaging, positioning, and buyer-journey content with agency and product stakeholders.
  • Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
  • Support event and partnership marketing efforts, including pre- and post-event communications and follow-up campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, Revenue Operations, Business Development, Sales, and Account Management.
  • Contribute to documentation and playbooks to support continuity beyond the contract period.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with ownership of full-lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Prior experience marketing to or within the agency ecosystem strongly preferred.
  • Experience running email marketing and lead nurturing programs in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce/Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent.
  • Strong product and solutions marketing instincts with the ability to translate complex service offerings into clear messaging.
  • Hands-on sales enablement experience and comfort working directly with sales and business development teams.
  • Experience supporting or managing event marketing in a B2B context.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal ramp time and execute quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for a 5-month project.
