Description

  • Identify, research, and engage prospective customers across calls, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Book high-quality meetings for the Equity Consultant team.
  • Qualify leads and hand them over to Equity Consultants with strong context and preparation.
  • Re-engage lapsed and dormant leads with relevant, timely outreach.
  • Support upgrade and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot.
  • Share market insights and customer signals with marketing and sales teams.
  • Build credibility with founders and senior stakeholders from the first conversation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong written outreach skills that are likely to be opened and read.
  • Genuine curiosity and the ability to research a business before reaching out.
  • High EQ and confidence engaging founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable using cutting-edge technologies and AI tools to streamline processes and support growth.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated product is preferred.
  • Startup or scaleup experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with shares, share schemes, or equity is preferred.
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience is preferred.
  • Must be primarily UK-based and eligible to work in the UK.
