Description

  • Oversee and pressure-test the strategic definition of each solution across the portfolio.
  • Define clear problem framing, differentiation, and commercial rationale for every solution.
  • Push back on market-unvalidated or internally driven solution definitions.
  • Align sales narratives, ICP definitions, and vertical strategies with product strategy.
  • Catch and correct gaps between product capabilities and field-facing claims before launch.
  • Participate in co-sell motion reviews with the platform partner when needed.
  • Own the quality bar for messaging across all solutions and maintain narrative consistency.
  • Review and approve positioning frameworks, decks, competitive positioning, proof-of-value narratives, speaking notes, and event materials.
  • Govern the external voice of the program across bylines, conference presentations, press pitches, and co-branded content.
  • Maintain the strategic relationship with the platform partner and anticipate future solution direction based on their roadmap.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience across strategy, product, and marketing roles.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs with strategic ownership across parallel workstreams.
  • Deep fluency in martech and enterprise software, including CDPs, journey analytics, content supply chains, and workflow automation.
  • Experience creating or overseeing messaging frameworks, sales narratives, and positioning documents.
  • Strong GTM experience reviewing sales motions, vertical strategies, and ICP definitions against product strategy.
  • Excellent written communication and language precision.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making strategy calls with incomplete information under commercial pressure.
  • Background in consulting, brand strategy, or enterprise software go-to-market (preferred).
  • Experience in platform-dependent or co-sell ecosystems on the agency, partner, or client side (preferred).
  • C-suite presentation experience on both client and partner sides (preferred).
