Description

  • Oversee partner alliance and channel business plans to grow new business and revenue.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners, including Microsoft, Sage, and NetSuite.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor partnership plans, goals, metrics, and operational priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution across departments and stakeholders.
  • Drive co-marketing, co-selling, field teaming, referrals, and other joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Define joint value propositions, differentiation, messaging, positioning, and in some cases packaging and pricing.
  • Support integration planning from signed contract through rollout and stakeholder education.
  • Create and refine pitch strategy and presentation materials for key decision-makers.
  • Track and report on performance metrics such as ARR growth and customer adoption.
  • Provide strategic insight, thought leadership, and clear communication on partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience within a software or integrated payments organization.
  • Experience managing and scaling a partnership organization in a multi-faceted sales structure.
  • Demonstrated experience working with partners such as Microsoft, Sage, or NetSuite and their Value Added Resellers.
  • Understanding of the ERP partner ecosystem and how it operates.
  • Experience with forecasting, sales tools, sales methodology, sales operations, compensation alignment, and organization design.
  • Background in application software or technology in higher-growth mid-cap or venture environments, with a strong preference for software experience.
  • Proven ability to operate as both a strategic and tactical sales leader and change agent.
  • Track record of developing and delivering strategic plans with leading tech companies and mid-sized SaaS vendors.
  • Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills with solid business acumen.
  • Exceptional organizational leadership, written and oral communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 to $125,000 per year.
  • OTE earnings ranging from $200,000 to $225,000 USD.
  • Remote work arrangement.
