Description

  • Provide a seamless concierge-style service from first enquiry through post-travel care.
  • Reengage lapsed and repeat clients through thoughtful, relationship-focused outbound calls.
  • Deliver personalised consultations via phone and video to understand client preferences and recommend suitable holidays.
  • Sell a mix of short-haul, long-haul and luxury holidays through select tour operators, typically priced between £3,000–£10,000.
  • Grow cruise sales, including tailor-made cruise-and-stay itineraries.
  • Manage the full booking lifecycle, including quotes, amendments, cancellations and aftercare.
  • Arrange travel extras such as insurance, airport parking and premium flight upgrades.
  • Ensure flawless accuracy across all bookings and internal systems and maintain high standards of service for VIP clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ recent travel agency experience selling worldwide leisure travel.
  • Confidence handling complex, higher-value itineraries.
  • Consultative, relationship-driven sales style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous home-working/remote working experience.
  • Ability to work in a highly organised way and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30 with occasional additional hours for VIP clients.
  • Experience with VIP or repeat client models and cruise/tailor-made itineraries (preferred).

Benefits

  • £27,000 basic salary plus commission, with a £30,000 OTE.
  • Fully remote role with all equipment provided.
  • Excellent remote support and training.
  • 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days with long service.
  • 5 ‘Me’ days per year.
  • One additional paid day off for your birthday.
  • Monday–Friday working pattern with occasional additional hours for VIP clients.
