Description

  • Generate new demand through a high volume of outbound calling for the channel and sales organization.
  • Engage potential clients across multiple communication channels.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Hold meaningful, productive conversations with targeted buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Track account information, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in Salesforce.
  • Meet monthly KPIs such as leads converted to sales-qualified opportunities, leads generated, and meetings set up by sellers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent correspondence skills across Outlook, instant messaging, and phone communication.
  • Passion for and willingness to learn about the company's products and services.
