Description

  • Proactively generate new demand and sales pipeline through targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects across multiple organizational levels.
  • Conduct consultative conversations with decision-makers and stakeholders to uncover business needs and position Veeam’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, channel partners, and technical resources to execute account-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, lead qualification, and prospecting in Salesforce CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline value.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and objections to build trust and credibility.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market changes to inform outreach strategy.
  • Seek feedback, embrace learning opportunities, and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or in a related sales role.
  • Experience engaging with large, strategic, or enterprise accounts is preferred.
  • Strong professional-level English reading and writing skills.
  • Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-value opportunities in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing and sales strategies is a bonus.
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
