Description

  • Create Salesforce technical solution designs.
  • Develop Salesforce functionality using both declarative and programmatic approaches to meet business requirements.
  • Prepare estimates for assigned work.
  • Collaborate closely with scrum team members throughout the project.
  • Peer review the work of other team members.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between developers and clients by explaining complex concepts clearly.
  • Contribute to customer-facing solutions such as Agentforce, customer portals, e-commerce platforms, and CRM implementations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with B2B Commerce Cloud is advantageous.
  • Consulting experience with the ability to identify the right solution and present it to clients.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service is preferred.
  • Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs is preferred.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture is preferred.
  • Experience with release management and CI/CD tooling is preferred.
  • Experience with testing and debugging is preferred.
  • Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications are preferred; additional certifications are welcome.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Business, IT, or technology-related field is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is preferred.
