Description

  • Lead discovery and advisory conversations with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation priorities.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to target key prospects and allocate resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Pursue new business in strategic enterprise accounts and whitespace prospects, with a strong focus on hunting.
  • Identify, qualify, and shape complex consulting and service opportunities into high-impact transformation programs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level clients and senior decision-makers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate with internal teams to secure deals and align delivery with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop service proposals and tailored solutions that match customer objectives.
  • Work with strategic partners on co-selling initiatives to create new business opportunities.
  • Submit accurate forecasts and reports and contribute to account planning and growth strategies.
  • Stay current on Atlassian solutions and maintain relevant certifications or accreditations.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, ideally in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery.
  • Proven success selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements rather than software licenses.
  • Experience hunting and developing new enterprise accounts; prospecting is expected to be a significant part of the role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to build account and territory plans using data and market insights.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes and leading initiatives.
  • Leadership skills are a plus, including the ability to inspire a team, set goals, and deliver results.
  • Fluency in English and German; CVs must be submitted in English.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools is desirable.
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain Atlassian accreditation.
