Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest from qualified leads.
  • Qualify prospects by uncovering business needs and applying criteria such as BANT.
  • Schedule and document qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, emails, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target lists, and campaign support.
  • Track and consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
  • Provide field feedback and participate in team meetings to align on goals and strategy.
  • Support trade shows, virtual events, and inbound lead follow-up when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role targeting the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads and booking meetings with U.S. prospects or customers.
  • Experience engaging U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers, with an understanding of U.S. business culture and time zones.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours, covering East Coast and/or West Coast time zones.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including confidence with cold calls and concise outreach messages.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple outreach cadences in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, or dialers.
  • Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Persistence, resilience, coachability, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales organization.
