Description

  • Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency.
  • Book quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Hit and exceed KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact.
  • Use feedback and coaching to improve performance and grow within the sales program.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and sales platforms to support research and outreach.

  • Prior sales success or demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles such as fundraising, athletics, or service industry work.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $53,800 annually.
  • On-target commission of $23,000 annually.
  • On-target earnings of $76,800 annually.
  • Annual cash compensation range of $53,800 to $90,000 USD.
  • Potential eligibility for HubSpot’s equity plan with RSUs.
  • Potential eligibility for annual bonus targets and overtime pay, depending on role eligibility.
