Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest from qualified leads.
  • Qualify prospects using discovery and qualification frameworks such as BANT to identify business needs and sales readiness.
  • Schedule and document qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure handoff into the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed activity records in the CRM, including call notes, emails, and next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target lists, and campaign execution.
  • Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Follow up promptly on inbound leads and event contacts to move them into the pipeline.
  • Represent the company at trade shows or virtual events as needed to capture leads and support outreach efforts.
  • Attend team meetings and align with internal stakeholders on goals, strategy, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, business development, or inside sales roles targeting the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of generating, qualifying, and booking meetings with U.S.-based prospects or customers.
  • Experience working with U.S. business culture and East Coast or West Coast business hours.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in cold calling and concise outreach messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple outreach cadences in a remote setting.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, or dialers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity-based and pipeline goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Persistence, resilience, coachability, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales organization.
