Description

  • Articulate and sell the value of Samsara Services to prospective and existing enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to define and integrate services solutions into proposals.
  • Own services pursuits and work toward ARR attach quota attainment.
  • Forecast services demand and monitor the ARR pipeline to understand capacity needs.
  • Plan and manage services scoping, including proposals, level of effort, knowledge transfer, and resource plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on product deployment and change management.
  • Act as a governing partner during implementation to maintain executive relationships and support issue resolution.
  • Help develop services methodologies, processes, offerings, and collateral.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while working across teams and regions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience positioning Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
  • Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with sales, CSMs, and other key partners during implementations.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating the value, capabilities, and differentiators of complex service solutions.
  • Experience creating services templates, engagement processes, and presentations with a builder mindset.
  • Experience executing SOW and proposal processes, including scoping and delivering SOWs that meet customer requirements.
  • Ability to articulate customer success stories and metrics that demonstrate value.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience creating SFDC reports/dashboards and navigating Salesforce.
  • Experience with implementation-related customer relationship management and executive coordination (preferred).

  • Annual base salary of $101,420.45 to $136,363.63 USD.
