Description

  • Respond to outbound leads and inquiries and qualify opportunities.
  • Source new sales prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition and assess prospect needs and fit.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed during the sales process.
  • Educate and develop prospects through handoff to the sales team.
  • Build target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from outside sources.
  • Research business requirements, identify key stakeholders, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus is a plus.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong listening ability.
  • Positive, energetic phone presence and strong self-motivation.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and stay resilient through rejection or criticism.
  • Strong sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and willingness to bring new ideas.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed above.
