Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets, analyzing trends, and targeting high-value prospects across industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and nurturing through deal closing and client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to expand reach and visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine growth strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to align growth initiatives with company goals and client experience standards.
  • Execute outbound outreach through cold outreach, personalized emails, and networking campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and implement inbound growth initiatives such as content marketing, lead nurturing, and referral programs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, client acquisition, and market penetration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles in B2B services with a strong record of driving client acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
  • Ability to create and execute inbound strategies such as content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipelines.
  • Self-motivated and able to independently develop and execute growth strategies in a remote-first environment.
  • Knowledge of staffing, outsourcing, or remote talent solutions is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques such as email automation, SEO, or social media is advantageous.
