Description

  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Understand prospect needs and communicate them clearly to Account Executives.
  • Articulate UpGuard’s value proposition and products in a way that matches each prospect’s problem or need.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM and sales engagement platform.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to turn prospect insights into process and product improvements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably as an SDR or BDR.
  • Strong phone sales skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics.
  • Experience with outbound sales activities, including calls, social media engagement, and email sequencing.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a collaborative team environment.
  • High energy and willingness to learn.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and efficient time management.
  • Based in Sydney with a desire to attend the office once a week (preferred).
  • B2B SaaS experience (preferred).
  • Fluency in Malay and/or Mandarin (preferred).
  • Industry experience in cybersecurity or supply chain information risk (preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Outreach.io, or similar CRM/sales engagement software (preferred).
