Description

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business metrics to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability.
  • Increase the territory client base and expand the regional book of business to achieve annual targets.
  • Build and manage a customer call strategy using Salesforce as the primary CRM tool.
  • Travel within the designated territory to meet customers and assess prospects.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and support the transition of new client connections to the account manager.
  • Present Daniels’ product and service offerings and value proposition to stakeholders across target accounts.
  • Prepare business proposals that highlight Daniels’ competitive advantage and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to draft and review client contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts with account prospects and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify upsell and other business opportunities.
  • Produce territory performance reports and review sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Hospital services or related service industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence in value-based selling.
  • Outstanding computer skills, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with healthcare or strategic sales is preferred.

  • $120,127 - $150,096 annual salary.
