Description

  • Make at least 100 outbound calls per day to the target market.
  • Identify and speak with as many decision makers as possible.
  • Deliver the company message to every qualified prospect contacted.
  • Schedule at least 3 qualified appointments per week, preferably face-to-face meetings or Zoom meetings.
  • Build and maintain a prospects database.
  • Track activities in HubSpot.
  • Qualify prospects against clear criteria.
  • Schedule prospect meetings directly on the Outside Sales team’s calendar.
  • Provide reporting on daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and work collaboratively as a team player.

Requirements

  • Cold calling experience.
  • B2B experience.
  • American English must be your primary language.
  • Experience in sales.
  • High energy and strong prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to quickly build strong business relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, telephony, communication, active listening, and customer-care skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Strong computer skills and typing skills for accurate data entry.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales process and dynamics.
  • Knowledge of lead generation.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, HubSpot, and phone systems.
