Description

  • Build foundational and advanced product training for AEs, SDRs, SEs, AMs, and CSMs.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, sales-ready narratives.
  • Define role-based product competency frameworks and certification paths.
  • Own the technical UpGuard platform narrative, including interoperability, cross-product workflows, and architecture.
  • Own the demo structure across the unified platform in partnership with Sales Engineering leadership.
  • Build a standard POC framework and train reps to run efficient technical evaluations.
  • Develop and administer certification programs for demos and POCs.
  • Own GTM readiness for product launches in partnership with PMM and Product.
  • Create launch training materials such as walkthroughs, FAQs, and demo updates.
  • Capture and share product success stories and competitive intelligence to support field adoption.
  • Upskill CSMs on technical use cases, signal interpretation, and value demonstration.
  • Build and maintain a library of technical enablement assets and structured learning paths in Mindtickle/Seismic.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product or Technical Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, Technical Customer Success, or Product Marketing.
  • Deep exposure to cybersecurity, GRC, risk & compliance, or DevOps environments.
  • Proven experience in a multi-product B2B SaaS organization.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts, architectures, integrations, and workflows into clear content.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build scalable enablement systems and learning paths, not just ad hoc training materials (preferred).
  • Technically curious mindset with strong product obsession and willingness to dig into functionality (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and PMM teams (preferred).
  • Low ego, highly collaborative approach with strong prioritization skills in a fast-growth environment (preferred).
  • Experience with Mindtickle and/or Seismic content governance and learning systems (preferred).
